The way customers find
businesses and products has changed
We built Reachd.ai after running into the same situation too many times.
A business with good reviews, a solid website, years of Google work,
yet invisible the moment someone asked ChatGPT for a recommendation.
OUR STORY
It started with a question no one could answer
We were looking at two children's swim schools in the same city for a client. Similar Google ratings, similar years in business, similar prices. But when a parent asked ChatGPT to recommend swim lessons for their kid, one school came up every time, and the other was barely mentioned.
The difference had nothing to do with SEO or advertising. One school existed clearly in AI's understanding of the world, with program pages, age groups, locations, and external coverage. The other was present online but couldn't be described with confidence by an AI pulling from multiple sources.
After that, we tested the same idea across dozens of other businesses. Local services, online brands, B2B providers. The gap showed up everywhere, with no tool to measure it or explain what to actually do about it.
So we built Reachd.ai.
"We wanted to build something any business owner could open on Monday morning and know exactly what to do."
Real data from an early test. Two swim schools, same city.
Homepage only, a few program mentions
Minimal third-party coverage
Age groups listed, no detail
Separate pages per age group and level
Mentioned in 6 local parenting sites
3 locations with individual addresses
School B appeared in ChatGPT responses to "kids swimming lessons" queries 8 out of 10 times. School A appeared once. Both had Google reviews. Both had been operating for years. The difference was how much an AI could say about each one with confidence.
Actual data from our research. School names withheld.
WHO WE SERVE
Built for three types of people
Three kinds of people use Reachd.ai. The product works differently for each of them.
Business Owners
Most business owners using Reachd.ai run something like a dental practice, a private school, or a local service company. Customers are the whole business. There's no time to learn a new marketing discipline, so everything the platform delivers is a short list with plain-language explanations.
- See which AI tools are recommending competitors and on which queries
- Get weekly action items that take under 10 minutes
- No marketing background needed, everything explained in plain language
- Content templates and copy ready to use immediately
- Track whether changes actually moved the needle
Marketing Managers
A marketing manager already understands SEO, paid ads, and social. AI search is now a real traffic channel. The need is data, competitive intelligence, and something structured enough to report to leadership.
- Cross-platform visibility data across ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Grok, and Claude
- Competitive trace-back showing exactly why rivals appear above them in AI answers
- Pre-publish content testing to optimize before you spend budget
- Historical tracking to show visibility improvement over time
- Methodology transparent enough to explain to stakeholders
Agencies & Consultants
Clients are asking about AI search. The question is how to offer it without building the infrastructure from scratch. Reachd.ai gives agencies the analysis layer, ready to present.
- Run AI visibility audits for any client business in minutes
- Structured reports with client-ready language built in
- Competitive intelligence across entire industry verticals
- Differentiate from SEO-only agencies with a new capability
- Add a recurring revenue stream around AI search optimization
WHY REACHD.AI
We made four decisions most tools didn't
Other AI visibility tools exist. These are the four decisions we made differently, and why each one changes what a business owner can actually do.
Five platforms tested, every time
Testing on a single AI model produces completely false results. A business can appear first on ChatGPT and not exist at all on Claude, because each model pulls from different sources. Checking one platform and calling it research is like running one Google search and concluding a business doesn't rank.
Every insight connects to a task
A visibility score on its own doesn't generate a phone call. Most tools surface metrics and leave the rest to figure out. Every insight in Reachd.ai connects to a concrete action, a target platform, and an estimated result. "Your Win Rate is 17%" doesn't help anyone. "Post this on Yelp this week, copy is ready" does.
We trace the win back to its source
When a competitor shows up above a business in an AI answer, we trace which sources and which specific facts triggered that recommendation. When a business is already winning on a query, we surface what's working so it can be protected and replicated.
Built for the owner who runs the business
Most AI search tools assume the user has a marketing background. We designed Reachd.ai the way Apple designed the iPhone: all the complexity lives under the hood, and the person using it can open the dashboard, understand the data, and act on recommendations without hiring a consultant or learning industry jargon.
HOW IT WORKS
How the cycle works
The analysis runs in the background on a daily or weekly cadence depending on plan. What comes out is a list of what to do and why it matters.
Probe
We ask all five AI platforms dozens of real customer questions in the business's category and location. These are the actual queries people type when they need that kind of service, pulled from real search behavior in that market.
Analyze
For every query where the business wins or loses, we identify why. Which sources AI is reading, which facts it's extracting, and what top competitors have that this business doesn't. Yet.
Fix
Each gap becomes a specific, prioritized task tied to a real query and a real platform. Something like: "Add class size to Niche.com. That missing fact is why Google AI recommends Beacon Hill on this query."
Verify
Two to four weeks after a fix, we run the same queries again. Did the visibility move? Did the business win the prompt it was losing? The answer shows up in the numbers.
Tracks recommendations across
WHAT WE BELIEVE
The principles we build by
Information without action is just noise
Every piece of data in our platform exists to produce a specific task. If an insight can't translate into something a business owner can do this week, it doesn't belong in the product.
The complexity belongs in the engine
AI visibility analysis has a lot of moving parts. Our job is to absorb all of that so the business owner sees only what matters and what to do about it.
Real data beats polished guesswork
We only surface findings we can actually trace. No made-up benchmarks, no invented best practices. If a competitor is winning because of a specific article on a specific platform, we can point to the source.
AI search is where the next wave of customers already is
The customers who ask ChatGPT or Google AI for a recommendation are the same people who used to search Google for it. The behavior is the same, but the platform changed, and businesses that miss this channel are losing customers without realizing it.
A phone call matters more than a visibility score
Visibility scores are a byproduct. The actual target is the specific queries customers type in the real world, and whether a business appears when they do. That's what leads to a phone call.
Client data stays private
Everything we analyze about a client's business stays private. Aggregated patterns across clients improve the platform's recommendations. Individual data is never shared.
