BeKnown Brand runs a video production studio in Scottsdale, Arizona, with six sets for podcasts, YouTube shows and social media content. When the studio started tracking AI answers, ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity and Grok were sending almost everyone who asked where to record to other local studios. BeKnown’s share of voice was 3 percent, below every studio the assistants named.
One month later the studio is the business the assistants recommend most for Scottsdale studio questions, first of 79, with a share of voice of 41 percent. The change came from a short list of site edits, each one named in the Reachd feed. The first was the studio page, rewritten around what the assistants were quoting from competitors.
“Where can I rent a podcast studio with good mics and a quiet setup?”
Here are solid options near you in Scottsdale that specifically market podcast studios with good mics and controlled rooms.
- Just Push Record. Dedicated podcast and video podcast studio with acoustic treatment, multi-camera video setup plus pro podcast mics, hourly bookings and package rates.
- Pod Bros Media. Purpose-built podcast and video studio space, set up for multiple hosts and guests, good lighting, pro audio.
- Demŭn Studios. Podcast room, with a production studio in Old Town Scottsdale.
“Which studio has the best lighting for YouTube videos?”
Best overall for YouTube in Scottsdale: BeKnown Brand Studio. My top recommendation if you want polished YouTube videos without having to design the lighting yourself.
Solo sessions include two cameras, professional audio, and lighting; multi-camera setups include three cameras and individual broadcast microphones. Set options: white room, black room, couch setup, LED video wall/newsroom, cyclorama, and green/black drops. Starting price about $129/hour for solo video sessions, $169/hour for multi-camera podcast setups.
Why ChatGPT recommended other studios
The first measurement asked the assistants the questions a Scottsdale customer asks before booking a studio. Where to rent a podcast studio with good microphones, which studio has proper lighting for YouTube, who handles everything from the shoot to the final edit. The assistants answered with confidence, naming three or four local studios each time, with an address and a reason to pick each one.
Reachd traced those answers back to the pages behind them. Peerspace listings and Yelp profiles came first, then the competitors’ own studio pages. Each of those pages stated the number of cameras, the automation, the editing software, the hourly rate and what it included, in plain sentences an assistant can quote. One competitor’s page said “fully automated, 3-camera video podcast studio with high-end cameras and microphones”, and the assistants repeated it almost word for word.
The BeKnown studio page at that point described one room at one hourly rate, with the equipment in a single line and the add-ons in a bullet list. The home page carried no address in a form an assistant reads. The Peerspace profile existed, without photos or reviews. The site was accurate, but it gave the assistants less to quote than the competitors did, so they quoted the competitors.
What the guidance asked for
Each item in the Reachd feed named the page it was about and what that page should say. Every action pointed at a page that already existed and at a fact the studio already knew about itself. A business owner can check what the assistants say about their business and see the same kind of list within a minute, with the competitor’s page beside each item.
- Home page The business address in structured data, the form an assistant reads. Closed by data · week 1
- Peerspace listing Photos of the studio and client reviews on the profile the assistants were already citing for competitors. Closed by data · week 3
- Studio page Camera count, automation, editing tools, the rates and what each includes, written as full sentences near the top of the page. Closed by data · week 4
- Home and services pages One sentence naming podcast production and studio rental beside video production. Closed by data · week 5
Reachd closes an action when the assistants show the change, so none of these rows was ticked by hand. The address card went first. The Peerspace card followed on the day the assistants started citing the listing, and the equipment card once they began crediting the studio’s own page for the camera and lighting details.
What the studio changed
Every change on this list started as a card in the Reachd feed that named the page and showed what the competitors’ pages said instead.
The owners rebuilt the studio page around the sets. Each of the six setups got a name, a purpose and a capacity, and its own page. Two hourly rates replaced the single rate, each spelling out how many cameras, what lighting and what audio the session includes. They rewrote the FAQ in full sentences so it answers the questions the assistants had been answering for competitors, moved the address into the header, and added separate pages for the podcast studio and the video studio to the services section.
They also put structured data on the pages, so an assistant reads the address, the services and the rates as facts instead of guessing them from the layout, and gave the Yelp profile the categories and the description the competitors’ profiles already carried.
The biggest single find was the sitemap. The file that tells Google and the assistants which pages exist listed only part of the site, so a good share of the studio’s pages was invisible to every crawler. Once the sitemap was rebuilt, the assistants began citing pages they had never seen before, and the new setup pages went into answers within days of going live.
How the owners made the changes without a developer
The site runs on Webflow, and the studio has no developer on staff. The owners connected Claude to Reachd and to Webflow through the connectors both offer. They ask Claude what Reachd wants changed on the studio page. Claude reads the card, drafts the sentences and places them on the page in Webflow, and the owner reads the result and publishes. No edit waits for an agency any more, and the next card in the feed goes the same way.
Results in AI share of voice and position
Within a week of the new studio page, the share of answers recommending BeKnown tripled, and the number of answers citing the site more than doubled. By the end of the month each of ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity and Grok recommended the studio in four answers out of ten or more.
Share of answers recommending BeKnown Brand, per assistant, over the latest scoring window.
The assistants also read the new page the way it was written. Asked which studio has the best lighting for YouTube videos, ChatGPT now opens with BeKnown Brand as the best overall choice in Scottsdale. It repeats the page’s own facts, the two rates, the camera counts and the six sets, and links to the studio page. A month earlier the same question got other studios.
On the competitor board the studio sits first of the 79 businesses the assistants named for these questions, one point ahead of the studio that led the category all month. Where the assistants recommend it, they place it high, with an average position better than the runner-up’s.
What did not move in one month
Claude has not recommended the studio once
It leans on Peerspace and on two competitors' sites. The open card in the feed says what to change on the Yelp profile to reach it.
The best podcast studio question still leads with two established studios
BeKnown appears third or fourth. The card asks the studio page to say whether an engineer sits in on sessions and whether editing into clips is offered.
Studio rental questions still go to competitors
Their pages state a rental rate and the backdrops on offer. The card asks the studio page to do the same.
All three cards stay in the feed until the data closes them, and the next page to rewrite is already named.
How long does it take to show up in AI search
The first movement came within a week of the new page, and first place within a month. Assistants regenerate their answers on every question, so the line wobbles from day to day, and a single answer proves little. The measurement runs daily on the same set of customer questions, and this page is updated as the window moves. The numbers above are whatever the window reads today, good day or bad.
A similar month for a Miami cabinetry studio is in the Italian Cabinet case, and the mechanism behind both is in why ChatGPT recommends a competitor and not you.
